Contact, screen, and take
applications from homeowners for
the purpose of qualifying clients for
Federal Loan Savers, Inc.’s loan
modification services.

Intake Processor
Liaison with clients, internal reps,
and our legal department to
deliver, receive and review a
collection of documents and
signed forms from our clients.

Loss Mitigation Attorney
Licensed attorney that negotiates
loan modifications with the loss
mitigation department of our
clients bank, lender or loan
servicer.

Outreach Supervisor
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise
Telephone Outreach
Representatives. Maintain high
standards of custom service while
increasing results.

Intake Supervisor
Recruit, hire, train, and supervise
Telephone Intake Representatives
(TIRs). Maintain high standards of
custom service while increasing
results.
